Raise a Ticket

Overview

There are a number of default Views available in the Product List to select from.

These may be useful:

to quickly compare certain Product information
for quick Editing purposes, especially when changes Prices
to build custom Reports

Each View will produce different Product information, some of which is Editable, to Edit, click the Edit Mode button on the far right.

Prerequisites

To access Product List Views, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled:
- Products: "View Products" Flag

Product List Views

View	Description & Information	Example from BackOffice
On Hand & Last Sale	This view allows you to see the following for each Product, in addition to Product Name: Base Size Qty on Hand CostEx on Hand Date & Time of the Last Sale
PriceNumber 1	This view allows you to see the following for each Product, in addition to Product Name: Names for Sizes 1 through 4 Normal Sale Prices for Sizes 1 through 4 These are all Editable from this View


PriceNumber 2	This view allows you to see the following for each Product, in addition to Product Name: Names for Sizes 1 through 4 Premium Sale Prices for Sizes 1 through 4 These are all Editable from this View
Product Info	This view allows you to see the following for each Product, in addition to Product Name: Product Number Product Mode If the Non-Stocked flag is enabled or not If the Manufactured flag is enabled or not If the Scale Product flag is enabled or not If the Partial Qty Allowed flag is enabled or not If the Flow Metered flag is enabled or not If the No-Reorder flag is enabled or not Product Type Product Sort These are all Editable from this View
Barcodes	This view allows you to see the following for each Product, in addition to Product Name: Names for Sizes 1 through 4 Barcodes for Sizes 1 through 4 Only Size names are all Editable from this View
Remote Printers	This view allows you to see the following for each Product, in addition to Product Name: Printer Profile Name Remote Printers (1 through 6) These are all Editable from this View
Price1 GM%	This view allows you to see the following for each Product, in addition to Product Name: Names for Sizes 1 through 4 CostEx for each Size (1 through 4) Normal Sale Price for each Size (1 through 4) Normal Gross Margin for each Size (1 through 4) Size Names and Normal Sale Prices are Editable from this View
Media	This view allows you to see the following for each Product, in addition to Product Name: Screen Media Image/Picture Linked File Screen Media and Linked File are Editable from this View
Export Codes	This view allows you to see the following for each Product, in addition to Product Name: Product Number Export Codes (1 through 4)
Price1 Size1 All Stores	This view allows you to see the following for each Product, in addition to Product Name: Name for Size 1 only Normal Sale Price of Size 1 for All Stores Size 1 Name and Normal Sale Prices are Editable from this View
Price2 Size1 All Stores	This view allows you to see the following for each Product, in addition to Product Name: Name for Size 1 only Premium Sale Price of Size 1 for All Stores Size 1 Name and Normal Sale Prices are Editable from this View
Min Max	This view allows you to see the following for each Product, in addition to Product Name: If the Non-Stocked flag is enabled or not The Preferred Supplier Base Size (Item Volume) Case Qty CostEx Last Qty on Hand ReStock Qty Minimum Stock Maximum Stock Case Qty, ReStock Qty, Minimum Stock, and Maximum Stock are all Editable from this View
