This release includes a range of fixes and enhancements across several platform areas. The table below lists all work completed in this version, linking customer-raised Service Desk tickets to their corresponding development items, along with the functional component each item relates to.

Overview

This release delivers a broad set of enhancements and fixes across BackOffice, POS, SmartPOS, SmartPDE, interfaces, loyalty, table management, stock control, and third-party integrations. The update strengthens data accuracy, improves integration reliability, resolves calculation issues in several loyalty and tax workflows, and introduces new device and interface capabilities for environments using Intercard, Doshii, Thirsty Camel, Metcash, EFTPOS providers, and other partners.

Operational stability improves through fixes to points redemption, stock handling, table workflows, voucher behaviour, EFTPOS processing, receipt printing, reporting accuracy, and multi-venue data handling. Enhancements also expand support for new payment devices, card-based workflows, online order management, and interface-level configuration options. Collectively, these updates support smoother day-to-day venue operations, more predictable system behaviour, and stronger end-to-end integration performance.
