Overview

Oolio Pay is the official payment platform of the Oolio Group, used across Bepoz, OrderMate, SwiftPOS and the broader Oolio ecosystem.
We are the Payment Provider, delivering the payment terminals, the platform, the integration, and the support — all in one place.

To deliver a complete solution, Oolio Pay partners with two world-class acquirers: Adyen and WPay. Both provide the underlying banking and transaction processing, while Oolio Pay manages everything else end-to-end.

What is Oolio Pay?

Oolio Pay is the fully integrated payment solution built and supported by Oolio.
We handle:

  • Sign-up and onboarding

  • Terminal ordering and deployment

  • Integration to Bepoz SmartPOS

  • Support, troubleshooting, and service

  • Payment reporting via the Oolio Pay Portal

No matter which acquirer sits behind the scenes, you log into one Oolio Pay system and receive one consistent experience.

What’s an Acquirer?

Acquirers provide the technical payment rails, including:

  • EFTPOS terminals (pinpads)

  • Cloud transaction processing

  • Settlement and money movement

  • PCI-DSS compliance and banking infrastructure

Oolio Pay currently partners with:

Adyen

  • European-based global payments provider

  • Supports devices such as S1F2, S1E2, V400M, and others

  • Integrates directly to Bepoz SmartPOS via cloud or local integration

  • Smooth, modern, and ideal for multi-venue or high-performance environments

WPay

  • Australian-built payments platform (Woolworths Group)

  • Supports V400M, P400C, PAX (with more on the roadmap)

  • Integrates to Bepoz via Linkly

  • A reliable and cost-effective option used widely across the hospitality sector

So who is Linkly?

Linkly is a middleware software provider that connects POS systems to supported acquirers.
Bepoz integrates to Linkly for Oolio Pay (WPay) and for the Australian Banks.

However — and this is important — Linkly is not the payment provider.

You must always ask: “Who is your actual Payment Provider?”

Supported Payment Providers via Linkly

Oolio Pay (WPay) – Preferred & Fully Supported

  • Fully supported by Bepoz

  • One-stop support through Oolio Pay

  • You will never be referred to Linkly for troubleshooting

  • Best service experience + integrated reporting

Australian Bank Acquirers

Supported via Linkly:

  • Westpac (incl. St. George, BankSA, Bank of Melbourne)

  • Commonwealth Bank (CBA)

  • ANZ

  • NAB

These are fully supported by Bepoz and Linkly.
If Bepoz and the terminal settings are correct, venues may be referred to Linkly or the bank for deeper terminal issues.

Non-Partners – Not Supported

Bepoz does not support integrations to independent payment companies such as:

  • Zeller

  • Live Payments

  • Till Payments

  • Next Payments

  • SmartPay

  • (or any other non-bank, non-Oolio Pay provider)

If they have connected it using Linkly themselves or an integration was unintentionally allowed, please escalate internally. These are not supported by Bepoz.

Note on Tyro

Tyro integrates via a direct integration, not via Linkly.
