Overview

This release introduces a mix of enhancements and fixes designed to improve usability, accuracy, and efficiency across Bepoz POS, BackOffice, SmartPDE, and integrated systems. Key improvements include a streamlined Maintain Tips screen, faster SmartPDE database retrieval, and more accurate Metcash end-of-day reporting.

Several fixes address operational and reporting issues, including voucher issuance controls, redeemable points calculations, table transfer and reopening workflows, condiment printing, and EFTPOS transaction handling. Together, these updates ensure smoother, more reliable day-to-day operations for venues and better experiences for both operators and customers.

• FORTUNA-2968 – Metcash Scan: Enhance EOD Process
  Enhanced the Metcash Scan 2.5 transaction queue's end-of-Day process to automatically exclude transactions after 12AM, preventing incorrect reporting and balancing issues on Metcash server.

• FORTUNA-2964 – Changes to Voucher Issuance
  Checks have added to BackOffice, POS and XML API to stop issuing voucher whose Voucher setup has been made inactive.
• FORTUNA-2983 – SmartPDE Mobile
  Changes have been added to reduce the time taken to retrieve database on the SmartPDE mobile device.

• FORTUNA-2673 – Package Fixed Products Reporting
  Fixed issue where package fixed products revenue was reported incorrectly across to Opera interface.

• FORTUNA-2678 – Opera (TransQueue) x 7Rooms External Payment Mapping
  Resolved negative discrepancies in external payment mapping reports.

• FORTUNA-2766 – Split Table | Table Reopen Workflow
  Updated workflow to allow operators to clear items on the base table after a table is reopened.

• FORTUNA-2835 – Tips Not Displayed on Receipt
  Fixed issue where tips added via “Maintain Tips” were not displayed on receipts.

• FORTUNA-2947 – KDS Link | Table Transfer
  Fixed issue where table transfer data was not sent correctly to KDS Link.

• FORTUNA-2955 – Global Update Overwriting Store-Specific Data
  Fixed issue where global updates were overwriting store-specific data in the NZESL interface.

• FORTUNA-2958 – Course Away ‘Alternate Text’ Not Displaying
  Fixed display issue with ‘Alternate Text’ on the KDS Client.

• FORTUNA-2959 – Linkly EFTPOS PrintSettlement
  Resolved issue with Linkly EFTPOS Method where PrintSettlement was not printing to POS printer for 'Terminal Application Type' = 'Agency'

• FORTUNA-2960 – Duplicate Object Reference Errors in TransQ
  Fixed issue where object reference errors occurred across multiple sites when using Thirsty Camel TransQ.

• FORTUNA-2961 – Object Reference Error in Purchase Order Creation
  Fixed issue where object reference error occurred when filtering fields under User Defined Purchase Order Creation option.

• FORTUNA-2963 – Table Locking Issue
  Fixed issue where till registration was incorrectly removed after cancelling a table transaction.

• FORTUNA-2974 – Points Redeem Calculation
  Fixed incorrect calculation of redeemable points on transactions with non-redeem items.

• FORTUNA-2976 – Bistro Sort/Type Breakdown to Opera
  Fixed issue where attaching account after items were entered in Bistro did not send sort/type breakdown to Opera.

• FORTUNA-2985 – Invoice Header Ex Tax Difference Field
  Fixed incorrect population of the Ex Tax Difference field in invoice header.

• FORTUNA-2990 – SmartPDE ‘Price Check’
  Fixed issue where SmartPDE Price Check function was not working with scanner.

• FORTUNA-2996 – Cash Only Flag
  Added a lock to the Cash Only flag in accounts to prevent the flag being turned on by CALink.

• FORTUNA-2997 – Condiment Printing
  Fixed issue where replacement of condiments did not print the condiment products on the kitchen printer docket.
