đź“„Release Notes - Version 4.7.1.0 (Alpha)

Introducing new features and enhancements in the EROS Alpha release.

Overview – Bepoz 4.7 “EROS” (Alpha Release)

We’re excited to introduce Bepoz 4.7 “EROS”, an early preview of the next generation of the Bepoz platform. This Alpha release showcases a wide range of new capabilities, expanded integrations, and improvements designed to enhance how venues manage memberships, stock, reservations, online ordering, and more.

While this version is still in active development, it provides a first look at the upcoming features our teams have been working on. It is intended for developers, training environments, and selected venues who are comfortable exploring early-stage software.

What’s New

EROS introduces enhancements across many areas of the Bepoz ecosystem, including:

  • More flexible membership options — including new ways for venues to offer add-on services and manage scheduled payments.

  • Improved reservation connectivity — with updated integrations that streamline how bookings flow into the venue.

  • Expanded stock and purchasing tools — simplifying how venues manage suppliers, stock movements, and product updates.

  • New online ordering and marketplace connections — helping venues grow their digital presence and improve customer convenience.

  • Greater support across gaming, loyalty, and third-party platforms — giving venues more ways to reward customers and connect systems.

  • Refined mobile tools — making it easier to perform stock tasks on handheld devices.

Many other areas of the system have been refreshed or expanded as we prepare for the full release.

Who Should Use This Alpha

Because this is an early build, it is best suited for:

  • Software developers working with Bepoz integrations

  • Bepoz partners delivering training or demonstrations

  • Selected clients who have consulted with Bepoz Global

We strongly recommend installing this version only on systems that can be safely restored if needed.

A Note for Early Adopters

If you’re eager to try the newest features, please keep in mind that the public beta will include many additional refinements and fixes. The Alpha is ideal for exploration and feedback, not for production use.
