Improved Kitchen & Order Management

1. Better Kitchen Routing for Package Products

Package and meal-deal items now route correctly to their assigned kitchen display stations, helping kitchen teams receive the right items in the right preparation areas.

2. Improved Visibility for Table Transfers

Transferred table items now display correctly within SmartKDS/KMS, improving kitchen awareness during busy service periods.

3. Reliable Fallback Kitchen Printing

Kitchen printing now automatically falls back to configured printers if KDS connections are unavailable.

Payments & EFTPOS Enhancements

Improved Doshii Payment Reconciliation

• Doshii Partner Initiated Payments (PIP) are now recorded as EFTPOS transactions, improving reporting consistency and till reconciliation.

 

Improved Adyen EFTPOS Stability

Resolved several EFTPOS-related issues including:

• SmartPOS freezing during Adyen device startup
• Referenced refund processing failures
• Transactions failing when handling fees rounded to zero

These fixes improve transaction reliability and reduce payment interruptions.

Loyalty & Membership Improvements

Cleaner Signature Handling

• Customer signatures are now stored separately from comments, preventing signature data from appearing on printed receipts.

 

SmartPOS Mobile Signature Support

• SmartPOS Mobile now supports customer signature prompts during points redemption workflows, aligning functionality with desktop POS.

 

More Reliable Loyalty Processing

Resolved several loyalty and points-related issues to improve:

Odyssey Integration Improvements

• Authentication tokens for nConnect integrations now refresh automatically, reducing connection interruptions.
